To build an improved system of local and county collaboration in which all community partners build individual capabilities and commit resources toward the shared goal of keeping Orange County’s children safe.

To assist local communities identify and improve the health and well-being of young children by reducing the number of children exposed to violence.

To disseminate the “Every Orange County Child is My Concern” toolkit, which is a comprehensive educational curriculum targeted to raise awareness and educate parents on the severe impact of children’s early exposure to violence.  The multimedia toolkit features three interactive DVDs, a Facilitator Guide, and several resource materials that can be integrated into current programs to support parenting skills and positive youth development. Presentations and resources are also available in Spanish.
